    To place an order browse our store and access our products. Then add them to the cart by clicking the 'Buy' button. If you wish to add more products to your cart then continue browsing.
    Once you have decided, tap on the icon and then on the 'Buy' button. After that you can review your order details and we will require your shipping and billing information to complete the payment.

    I've placed an order but some of the information is incorrect

  • When will my order arrive?

    Once you've completed the purchase you will receive an email or a text message from MRW. They will provide you a tracking code and a link where you will be able to check the status of your shipment.
    Delivery time will vary depending on your shipping address.

    • Peninsula. 3 business days.
    • Baleares. 3 to 5 working days.
    • Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla. unfortunately we do not ship to these destinations.
    • Rest of the world. unfortunately we do not ship to these destinations.

    Do you ship to other countries?

    At the moment we only sell in Spain. We hope we will be able to sales to other countries soon :)

  • I bought a product and I would like to change it

    If you haven't selected the appropriate model, you can change it up to 14 days after your purchase. The product must be sealed, if you've already opened it, you will not be able to change it.

    I want to make a return

    In case it is desired to return your purchase, you must request it as late as 14 days after the completion of the order. In any case, we recommend you read our returns policy.

  • I've received my sack damaged or defective

    How to take care of for your sack

    We have been concerned about the quality of our materials to asure their maximum strength. In any case, we recommend washing the sack by hand avoiding the washing machine.
